The Wall Street Journal - Recipe: Karotte Cocktail


Serves: 2

Fill an ice-cold shaker with 4 ounces fresh carrot juice, ½ ounce fresh orange juice, 3 ounces Herradura Silver or other blanco tequila, 1 ounce fresh lime juice, 1 ounce agave syrup and 2 dashes Tabasco. Shake well and serve on the rocks in a tall glass. Garnish each drink with a fresh mint leaf.
